Townsend Tennessee Hwy 73 Ancient Cherokee Indian Archaeology dig 1999-2000

All I ask is  "Is this your Grandmother" and if it is "Would you want her dug up, placed in a box and her necklace taken away from her never to be seen or known of again?

Now what country do we live in that we cannot have access to our own cemetery's because the government says so. This sign says"State of Tennessee" on it yet there is no law number appearing.
